A hands-on companion for the curious. For those who love to tinker and explore, the DIY Kit is an research electronics project — a way to engage with the science and ideas behind Dreamfulness by building and experimenting by yourself. Based on open, educational biosignal hardware from an independent maker community, the kit invites you to explore the fascinating world of the body's own signals — the brain-wave rhythms of sleep and relaxation, the eye movements (EOG) associated with dreaming, and the role of gentle audio cues in awareness practices. It's a project for the curious minds: something to assemble, experiment with, and learn at the comfort of your home. It pairs with the Dreamfulness app, which brings the experience together in one place. During our "Exploration" session we offer a demonstration. Guidance on how to obtain the kit is available on request. Format: Demonstration on request · self-directed assembly and exploration. App & subscription: The Dreamfulness app is included free for the first year. After that, a yearly subscription applies to continue access.
